Information about our products
All of our product designs are either in the public domain or have been licensed for commercial exploitation by Arscodex Store. These are designs that have been processed by computer to offer the highest print quality in each product category.
All of our products are printed on demand, and shipped directly from the printers, either to the US or to Europe.
Shipping costs
For Europe and North America, €9.95 VAT included for orders of less than €100. Free shipping for orders over €100.
Order processing time and shipping
As a general rule, and approximately, orders can take up to 5 business days to process and take 14 business days to ship, although these conditions may change depending on the type of product. Arscodex Store is not responsible for shipping times, which are approximate. Please note that it is possible that your shipment leaves from a member state of the European Union different from the destination address, if the order is made from Europe, so it will have a variable transit time that may include inspection at customs, etc. For shipments to the United States, it is also possible that the merchandise leaves from a different state than the destination address, so the transit time can also be variable.

Returns
Arscodex Store accepts returns of physical products during the following 14 calendar days to the delivery of the product. Please contact us. We will start the return process. For products without manufacturing defects, that is, for arbitrary returns by the customer, Arscodex Store will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. For products with manufacturing defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the Arscodex Store. Please, return the product to us in its original packaging without alterations or use and we will refund the amount through the same system by which we received the payment. Thank you.
Taxes
The marked price is the final price of the product for the user. In the event that the digital product is purchased from the European Union, the price will include the corresponding VAT.
Payments
We currently accept payments through our collaborative collection management system Paypal, which accepts credit or debit cards and operates in many countries around the world.
Privacy
When purchasing a physical product on this website, Arscodex Store will collect the following data: name, physical destination address, physical billing address, telephone number, NIF and email address. This information will be managed by Arscodex Store for tasks related to the purchase and shipment of the product. Arscodex Store may share this data with third-party companies in order to provide the service. Arscodex Store does not collect bank information or credit card numbers. The user, by using this site, accepts the additional legal and privacy clauses set forth on this page.
