These days, a strong demand for "Dubai-style" chocolate has been detected among a large part of the world's population.

Indeed, this type of chocolate, characterized by its pistachio and Kadayif paste filling, which together give it the appearance of something precious, delicate, and luxurious, is in high demand by people across much of our small world.

We don't really know where this trend, which is totally "in" these days, came from, and which, of course, reminds us of the exclusivity of that city, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

But you know what? We don't care. This chocolate is delicious.
