In its quest to highlight and shape Spanish cinema as a whole, the streaming platform FlixOlé will exclusively premiere tomorrow, January 9th, the only two films starring one of the most iconic singers in Spanish music, Isabel Pantoja.

These are "Yo soy esa" (I Am That Woman), a 1990 film directed by Luis Sanz, and "El día que nací yo" (The Day I Was Born), directed by Pedro Olea in 1991. This was Pantoja's second and final film. Both dramatic, musical, and slice-of-life films.

This, as mentioned, reflects FlixOlé's excellent work in restoring and promoting the vast archives of Spanish cinema, regardless of whether it was filmed during the Republic, the dictatorship, or in the current democratic era.

FlixOlé, the video-on-demand platform specializing in traditional Spanish cinema, is the brainchild of film entrepreneur Enrique Cerezo, who has been fortunate enough to bring this ambitious project to fruition, delighting film lovers worldwide. The platform is currently offered through various aggregators in different regions internationally.
