Rossini

Gioachino Rossini (1792-1868) was an Italian opera composer best known for his "The Barber of Seville."

Curiously, and in an almost unique way in history, he also stood out in the field of gastronomy, since there are several recipes with his name (such as Rossini cannelloni or turnedó a la Rossini).

This combination, that of musician and gastronome, is rare as we say and is due to the fact that he was born into a family of musicians, and perhaps dedicated himself to this art due to family influence; but what he really enjoyed was gastronomy.
