New material on The Lord of the Rings: film produced by Peter Jackson and continuation of the Prime series

According to information collected by various Western newspapers, it has been learned that we will soon have a new film set in The Lord of the Rings universe, and that it will be the same cinematographic troupe in charge of creating the previous installments which will carry out the project, in this case with Peter Jackson as producer and with director Andy Serkis.
It will be a kind of spin-off focused on the figure of one of the most beloved - and at the same time infectious - characters in the saga: Gollum. As the creators involved in the project have commented, he is a character that psychologically - and therefore cinematically - gives a lot of play and delving deeper into him they believe will be a success. Apparently the film has a working name "The hunt for Gollum" and the followers of this saga, which is all of us, are already nervous to see the final result on the screens.
On the other hand, and without having much to do with this new commitment from Warner for cinemas, the development of the series on Prime's The Lord of the Rings also continues its course and it seems that a new season is confirmed, of which Jackson has completely disengaged.
So the ring's power comes back twice in this case.
