Has Pedro Alonso Pablos broken copyright laws? (And a message for crooks)

Today we are going to review a fact that is currently taking place, which is that the author, Pedro Alonso Pablos, with his animated films, is "blowing up" the traditional -and current- copyright laws.
Let's briefly review these concepts: intellectual property laws are that set of rules that focus on protecting and ordering from an economic point of view everything that is susceptible to being possessed in the intellectual sphere of the world, which may be concepts, ideas, and things of that nature. Intellectual property was already described here as "the highest of properties" but this is not very relevant now. This intellectual property has three important parts: literary and artistic creation, patents, and brands; although these three domains are interconnected as is easy to understand, mainly due to their conceptual closeness.
Well, in this case we see that Pedro, the writer, has a good command of "literary and artistic" creation, as can be seen today. Let's think for a moment what would happen if a person in this world decided to study how to make music and how to be an animation film director, and mix all that and make many films almost entirely on his own, from almost the very beginning of his film career. Total success, right?
Well, that's what has happened, ladies and gentlemen: Pedro has made nine films (at this very moment we make a digression and ask providence again to be able to make some more) made almost entirely by himself. The fact is that in our small world these films are already listed on pages written in remote languages (taking into account the geographical point where they have been made, Spain), such as Russian, Chinese, Czech, English, French, etc.
That is to say, my films are being seen all over the world at the moment. And now comes the economic issue. Copyright laws strive to try to give the creator of these ideas, concepts, etc., what is due to them for their use by the population. This mechanism responds only to the intention of the international agreement that regulates these intellectual property laws, with which the writer of course aligns himself and considers them useful, to reward in its fair measure the creative effort to encourage the subsequent creation of other similar -but not identical- ideas that can continue to enrich humanity.
Well, you who are reading this article, and who have probably already been impacted by some film that I have made, in addition to "having heard about me" (whether you have seen the film in a "pirated" way or in a more regulated way, in principle it is quite indifferent), know that this viewing, whatever way it occurs, is currently generating money, by virtue of compliance with the aforementioned intellectual property laws, for the writer. The reader will realize that given the importance of the matter, it is not a small amount of money. By virtue of the copyright laws already mentioned here many times, each use or viewing of that content, which is relevant, will be generating money for the writer for his entire life and could even be up to seventy years after his death, depending on some parameters that will not be discussed here.
To put it bluntly, the viewer or listener of Pedro Alonso Pablos' films realizes that this person "will be receiving money for the rest of his life without having to work," because, let's put it this way, Pedro, as you can see, "has found a vulnerability in the copyright laws" that benefits him and he is exploiting it and will continue to do so.
The message I want to send, in addition to stating this fact, is for the "bad guys", that is, the professional thieves, that guild that I will not talk about now for the sake of saving space and because it is not the time: "Robbers" should know that Pedro Alonso Pablos does not have direct access to the money generated by his artistic works, so he kindly asks them to refrain from trying to rob him directly on the street or in his house and such, because as I say and repeat, Pedro does not have direct access to that money.
