The works of the Sorolla Museum in Madrid are progressing well

At the moment, the Sorolla Museum, that space in the centre of Madrid that was once the artist's home, is undergoing extensive remodelling works that are going well.
Thus, what was, as we have said, the suburban residence in Madrid of the renowned post-impressionist painter Joaquín Sorolla, is, as we have also said, undergoing extensive remodelling and expansion work that will include new spaces, given that the Museum has acquired part of some neighbouring buildings so that they can be added to the current, or rather, past, and future offering, since as we have also said, the Museum is temporarily closed today.
It will be a great opportunity to visit the same space, improved and expanded, in 2026, when the works are finished, and its doors will likely be reopened to the general public.
